I nuovi Satellite X205-SLi6 e Satellite X205-SLi5 sono basati sulle recenti cpu a 45nm di Intel, la Core 2 Duo T93003 (2.50GHz, 6MB L2, 800MHz FSB) per lo SLi6 e la Core 2 Duo T83003 (2.40GHz, 3MB L2, 800MHz FSB) per lo SLi5, e, come si intuisce dalla denominazione commerciale, integrano un sottosistema grafico dual-gpu basato sul chip GeForce 8600M GT di NVIDIA in topologia SLI ed equipaggiato con 512Mb di RAM G-DDR3.
