Con il comunicato stampa di seguito allegato, Lite-On ha annunciato il nuovo masterizzatore DVD/CD esterno e in formato slim denominato eNAU108. Le ridotte dimensioni fisiche da un lato e il peso molto limitato dall'altro rendono la nuova device particolarmente idonea per l'utilizzo in abbinamento ai sistemi mobile di tipo netbook e notebook.
Il burner eNAU108 du Lite-On vanta una velocità massima nella fase di scrittura dei DVD pari a 8x; tra le tecnologie supportate citiamo invece Smart-Burn e Smart-X. Smart-Burn ottimizza la qualità del processo di scrittura dei dati, mentre Smart-X riduce il rumore acustico, migliorando quindi la resa audio dei playback.
Il masterizzatore eNAU108 sarà disponibile in due colorazioni, bianco e nero, a partire dalla metà del mese corrente; il suo MSRP è pari a $59.99.
