Modified
the way alerts are shown for loaded files that cannot be located.
Previously alerts would only be shown if the option to "Show Alerts
on Malware and Files Not Found" was selected. Now alerts will be
shown where there is the possiblity that the "missing" file is
actually hidden using rootkit techniques.

the options available on the "missing" file alert screen to
allow the file to be disabled - if selected, the presumption is made
that the "missing" file is hidden using rootkit techniques and
appropriate disabling routines are called.
