4. Known Issues
=================
4.1 Version 4.60 does not contain support for Haswell processors.
Version 4.60 is expected to identify the Haswell processor as
“FUTURE” processor but instead displays a message of missing resources.
4.2 Version 4.70 of the utility does not accurately identify the
number of physical processors within a multi-socket configuration.
4.3 Power Management modes may interfere with speed detection tests
performed by the Processor Identification Utility. Power management
modes can result in a marginally higher or lower reported frequency
than the expected frequency. If the reported frequency differs from
what was expected, reset the system power management modes, plug in
the system power cord, and reboot the system before retesting.
