Build 329 of Startup Delayer has some minor additions and fixes.
The Notifier bar now correctly counts skipped and force launched Applications. A menu item has been added to the Tools menu which allows you to launch Startup Delayer as Administrator (if it isn't already). Several languages have also been updated.
