TUL ha ampliato la propria linea di video card SCS3 con la soluzione siglata PowerColor SC3 HD7850, una Radeon HD 7850 fortemente caratterizzata dall'equipaggiamento con un cooler completamente passivo che garantisce, naturalmente, l'assenza del rumore generato dall'operatività della scheda in qualsiasi scenario di utilizzo.

Il sistema di raffreddamento della PowerColor SC3 HD7850 è realizzato con l'ausilio di un'ampia struttura lamellare in alluminio, a cui sono collegate 6 heat pipe con design "G-shape", che sappiamo essere stato brevettato dalla stessa TUL.

Il core grafico della gpu della PowerColor SC3 HD7850 lavora a 850MHz mentre il frame buffer, implementato con 1GB di G-DDR5, a 1200MHz (4.8Gbps); il bus che interconnette il processore grafico alla memoria RAM è invece a 256-bit.

La PowerColor SC3 HD7850 è fabbricata con componenti discreti di elevata qualità, a partire da induttori con nucleo in ferrite e condensatori a stato solido. Il kit di connettori di uscita è composto da una porta DVI-I dual-link, una HDMI e una DisplayPort.
